Breez is a platform that connects content creators with brands for promotional partnerships. Creators earn compensation based on content views and sales generated through unique tracking codes.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• One account per person or business entity
• You may not transfer your account to another party

4. Creator Terms

As a creator on Breez, you agree to:

• Create original, authentic content that complies with platform guidelines
• Disclose sponsored partnerships as required by FTC guidelines
• Not engage in fraudulent activity including fake views or artificial engagement
• Not use bots, automation, or other means to inflate metrics
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies

5. Brand Terms

As a brand on Breez, you agree to:

• Provide accurate product information and fulfill product shipments
• Pay creators according to agreed-upon rates and terms
• Not request content that violates laws or platform policies
• Maintain sufficient funds for campaign obligations

6. Payments and Fees

Breez facilitates payments between brands and creators. Payment terms are established per campaign. Breez may charge service fees as disclosed on the platform. All payments are final unless otherwise specified.

7. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their content. By posting content through Breez campaigns, you grant brands a limited license to use such content for promotional purposes as agreed. Breez trademarks, logos, and branding are the property of Breez.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Engage in fraud, manipulation, or deceptive practices
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Use the platform for illegal purposes

9. Termination

Breez reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may close their accounts at any time. Upon termination, pending payments will be processed according to standard payment schedules.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Breez does not guarantee specific results, earnings, or outcomes from using the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

Breez shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to Breez in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

Breez may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
